our imam brings this same thing up every single ramadan.. it doesnt break you fast as everyone else has told you , but in addition its disgusting to watch muslims walking around spitting when we are supposed to be the cleanest.. there is absolutely no basis on anyone saying swallowing it breaks your fast

someone told me the same thing, but then i asked on here, and they all said yes you can. Also i looked in the koran just in case, and also i researched some different websites, along with my friends mother who is very religious. they all said yes you can swallow your own spit.

Assalamualaikum: This same thing happens to me over and over again, my parents say ur fast does break but then, it doesnt because it is something u cant control, like me i keep on drinking my saliva, but i found out ur fast does not break. Allah (SWT) does not make everything hard upon us,
