Soo does that mean we might start fasting Aug. 30th, Insha'allah?

  6. august 30th is actually the 29th day of sha'baan so ramadan will start when the new moon is sighted. so it's correct to say it could be aug. 31st or sept. 1. depends on when the new moon is sighted.
