  2. well the first day i broke my fast by accident, so i didnt fast so i have make it up

so today technically is my first day

and it was hard, especially because this is my first fast ever.

  3. second day is easier because your body is adjusting/adjusted to the lack of nutrient intake.

  4. Usually the first day is the hardest. Yesterday and today were easier then the first day. I'm use to fasting now. Insha'Allah i'm going to try to make it all 30 days.

  5. It was harder for me because I didn't consume as much calories in the night to carry over for when i was awake.

  6. its about the same, i have about 20 more minutes to go but I'm shaking and my head is spinning, hopefully day 3 and 4 and all the rest of the days will go quick and smooth.

  7. My head hurt more the first day, so the second day was easier.

((I'm still fasting)) but the krabby patties will heal this up.

  8. The second day is indeed easier.

  9. the second one was more easier, the first one was a big time thirsty LOL!!

  11. Yes it is easier, But the best thing is when you fast before Ramadan thats the best time and you get used to it. :)

You get used to it when you fast more. ;)
