Ramadan is comming whats best diet plan i can follow ?

i m not overweight actully i m under:)and its the fasting month now and i have to fast*but what can i eat to remain healthy and even if i gained weight it wont be all fat,

we usually eat Soups and fried small pastries in the oven <what`s else*

i was thinking about eating salads and soups and ps

    just don&#039;t eat too much in (el-aftar) so just as u say eat the soup and the pastries then after (Aisha) eat what you want   and you will not eat too mush cuz you allready break the desire of eating
