Chelsea and Brazil midfielder Ramires has revealed he is looking forward to facing Corinthians in the upcoming Club World Cup.

He revealed he still followed Brazilian football and having previously played against Corinthians when he was in Brazil, he was aware of their strengths and weaknesses. He felt that could prove to be a great help for his side when they faced Corinthians.
Ramires said in an interview:
“I follow Brazilian football and I have played against most Corinthians players.

While Ramires admitted that there was no guarantee that both sides, Corinthians and Chelsea, would make it to the final of the Club World Cup, he was hopeful the London side would face http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Corinthians-c38855 in the final. He predicted it would be a game worth watching.
He revealed:
“No teams have a guaranteed place in the final, but if that happens, it will be a great game.”
Having grown up watching local sides work their way up to international competitions and defeating a Brazilian side to the Club World Cup title would be a praise worthy achievement. Having come close to achieving his dream in 2009 with Benfica, Ramires was
determined to realize his dream with the London side.
