Chelsea midfielder Ramires has gone on to sign a new five-year contract with the Blues which will now keep him at the club until 2017.
The 24-year-old joined the club in the summer transfer window of 2010 for a fee of 7.5 million Euros from Benfica and since then has established himself as a first team player. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ramires-c30523 revealed he was extremely happy with the new contract and thanked the

The news of Ramires’ new deal comes just a day after Andre Villas-Boas was sacked as manager of the club. The Blues are currently under the management of former assistant manager Roberto Di Matteo, who has been appointed the caretaker manager of the club.
The Portuguese manager becomes the eighth manager in nine seasons to have left the Chelsea manager’s position. Before him, the likes of Jose Mourinho, Luiz Felipe Scolari, Avram Grant and Carlo Ancelotti were also shown the door by the Russian owner Roman
Abramovich.
Chelsea are now on the lookout for a replacement manager, since http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Di Matteo is the caretaker manager until the end of this season. Many top managers have been linked with the hot-seat at Chelsea, but the Blues have yet to formally approach anyone.
