Ramon Calderon claimed that Jose Mourinho has an uneasy relationship with several players, emphasizing his relationship with Kaka.
Calderon, who is a former President at the Santiago Bernabeu outfit, held the prestigious position at the club for 3 years. His reign over the nine-time UEFA Champions League winners lasted from 2006 to 2009.
The former president has expressed his belief that several players in the Real Madrid locker room are unhappy with the Portuguese manager.
He mentioned that Jose Mourinho has not even spoken to the attacking midfielder, Kaka, in the past four months. Brazilian international, Kaka, had been having issues with his form and fitness soon after his arrival at the Bernabeu, and Calderon claims that Mourinho made little attempt at helping the player improve.
However, contrary to Calderon’s views, Kaka expressed that he has a great relationship with Jose Mourinho, and revealed that he is happy at the club. The former World player of the year had a great start to this season and accredited Mourinho for helping him through tough times.
Mourinho also took out time to praise Kaka on several occasions, eulogizing his return to form and calling him an inspirational player.

"The players are no longer happy. He [Mourinho] hasn't spoken to Kaka once in the last four months."
"The Spanish players are unhappy with their situation because of the privileges Mourinho gives to the Portuguese players. And then there's the situation of Sahin. The reason he doesn't play is because Mourinho doesn't like him.”
