Real Madrid defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-Ramos-c33096, has shared his thoughts on the differences he has had with his coach, Jose Mourinho.
The player reflected on the differences he has had with Jose in the past and how their relationship is developing at the moment.
Ramos admitted that his relationship with the boss was difficult at times, but now they have resolved their differences in a private manner and as a result of that, they are now in good terms with each other.
The defender said that whenever there was a problem between him and the Portuguese, they always sorted it out by themselves without anybody else coming to know of it.
“We’ve had our differences at certain times and if anything needed sorting out then we always did it face-to-face and nobody heard about it.”
Ramos has also added that Mourinho approached him in the tunnel and congratulated him for the victory over Levante UD as well as for his personal achievements.
“He congratulated me before the game and we talked for a while in the tunnel.”
The centre-back also commented on the last weekend’s controversial match with the Granotes.
Although Real took all three points from that game, they didn’t come out unscathed. Team star, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cristiano-Ronaldo-c9629, was withdrawn from the match after sustaining an injury on his eye.
There was also a scuffle in the dressing room after the match, which is reported to have involved http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Ballesteros.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 international conceded that sometimes things happen, but he found it very difficult to understand what took place in the dressing room that day. He stated that they have put that entire saga behind them now.
“In some ways you can understand the behaviour of certain players but not what happened the other day. For us it is now in the past.”
“However, I don’t agree with what happened afterwards and there were things that took place in the tunnel that were out of order”.
Moreover, the 26-year-old gave his version of events in the dressing room and feels that there was no significant aggression.
“There was nothing but words and some pushing and luckily we arrived to break things up.”
Real Madrid are unbeaten for the past seven matches and on this weekend they will host Athletic Bilbao at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
