In Serbia living the life of rich retired killers.  Coffee, fancy cars, its great!  

prosecuting them in the Hague is not justice.  It should be more grass roots.

Where exactly did you get the idea that the two would have the balls to do ANYTHING? They've never had them before, why would they grow them now? True  examples of the infamous Serbian "courage" LOL

They know they're criminals, and, like all criminals, have to hide. Voluntary surrender is an acto of a man who does something he believes in and stands for. That's why Hitler killed himself (like Mladic's daughter - couldn't stand the shame) and all his servants tried to hide, too. Milosevic never intended to surrender, either - another criminal who died like a dog in prison, very appropriately.
