Terek Grozny claimed a point in their previous Russian Premier League meeting against FC Rostov. The Chechens midfielder, Rizvan Utsiyev, revealed that the club president, Ramzan Kadyrov, motivated the Chechens to fight back in the second half at home.
Utsiyev admitted that the Terek played quality football in their second half and pressurized the visiting team into scoring an own goal in the ninetieth minute.
“During the break we had a serious talk that we must do everything to save the match. The club president, Ramzan Kadyrov gave us strength and confidence during the break in the locker room. Ramzan supported us and insisted that we should not feel constrained
to play football. In the second half we came out with inspiration.” The former Kavkaztransgaz player was quoted as saying.
The Russian midfielder sustained an ankle injury during the match against the Selmashi and was replaced by http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aleksandr-Pavlenko-c4600. Utsiyev has revealed that the injury is not looking serious at the moment. The promising midfielder insisted that injuries are
a part of one’s career and one can learn to correct them with time.
“Of course, it is insulting. But what can you do, it can happen anytime in your career. I, however, have not lost hope that I can start training soon. Let's wait until Monday.” The 23-Year-old concluded.
Utsiyev highlighted that he will have a scan to know the exact diagnoses of the injury and assured the fans that he is going to come back stronger onto the field.
The Russian midfielder believes that the Chechens are progressing under the leadership of Isa Baytiyev. Utsiyev admitted that the Nohchi displayed weak performances in the first half of the Russian championship under then-manager, Ruud Gullit. Since Baytiyev
has stepped up from the position of assistant manager to the head coach, Terek have left the drop zone in order to climb up the league table.
Terek are at the tenth spot on the league table, seven points above the bottom of the table, currently occupied by Krylia Sovetov Samara.
