I've started a heavy marathon training schedule and did my longest distance, 13 miles, straight. This was two days ago.During the last 3 or 4 miles of the run my right foot started to have a sharp pain and now it continues when I go run 4 miles and the weekdays.Should I be worried about this or should it just go away? It hurts to walk to class when I have my running shoes on.. The pain is coming from the arch area.Thanks for the help..
