  1. Maybe not racist but in poor taste.  Like calling a grown man boy.  She should know better.  It's a rude comment at the least.


  2. Besides the possibility the lady must desperately need her coffee, and would go to extreme lengths to enjoy it, I'd say she had no evil intent in the phrase. Perhaps, because it derived from Asian dialect, it may seem to have negative connotation, but "chop chop" simply means to hurry up. Quite interesting though that you see that person as knowingly (or unknowingly) using this remark to harm; seems to say something about your view of her....

  3. I've never heard double-chops used in a racist context. It means get it done and be quick about it.
