Question:

Random Menstrual Cramps?

I usually don't experience menstrual cramps during my period. Only once before did I have them, about 6 or 7 years ago. This morning (about a week before my period) I woke up with terrible cramps. So, I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can answer in part or full:

a.) How early before periods can cramps start? As I said, mine came a week before. I always assumed they came a few days before hand. I know it's a naive question, but as I said, I never get cramps, so I have no sense of them or their timing.

b.) Again, I never get them, but suddenly here they are. Does this happen to anyone else, getting cramps out of the blue and so long between?

  1. Your body tends to change with age.  When I was young I would get awful cramps but now I rarely get them.  If you still feel that it is not normal you should go to your OB/GYN to make sure everything is fine.  Good luck.

  2. Because of PG sometimes 1 week before mense ,somebody has camp
