In health we can (but don't have to) do sometime nice for someone, without them having to ask (random act of kindness) for extra credit points.

What random act of kindness should I do for someone?

I don't want extra credit, I just want to help someone.

  1. Do you know someone in your neighborhood who needs their lawn cut? or is having problems financially, perhaps a bag of groceries left at their door, or a neighborhood kid who could use a big sister, big brother. Complimenting a stranger or simply smiling at someone as you walk by can brighten someones day... the possibilities are endless.

  2. A random act of kindness is an act you perform without the person knowing you did it. Leaving someone flowers, washing someone's windshield, paying the person's toll behind you...there are many ways.

  3. The world has becomes so bad that people think seriously before doing any act of kindness, and also ask others "what acts to do", is it not funny? Simple: Anything which you like others to do to you to make you happy, do that to them, without them asking for it.. it is so simple, every act you do can be turned into an act of kindness if you do it with the thought of welfare of others in it. Don't worry about the credit points, in fact if you are looking for credit points then you are selfish.

  4. Tell somebody they look beautiful.  It's easy, and it doesn't cost you a dime.

They will be happy and mabye pass that on to someone else.

  5. Visit some older people at a nursing home- they are often lonely and a visit will make their day.
