  1. Yesterday i changed a punctured car  tyre for the elderly couple next door, then called a random traffic warden a scumbag when i walked past him.I believe its healthy to keep a balance. :o)

  2. Yesterday....I helped open a door for someone on crutches and straigened out the runner when it got bunched up so no one would trip over it....then at another store I had a woman go in front of me at the check out line because she had a lot fewer items than I and she was actually in front of me in another line, so it was only right that she go first.  A little bit of kindness and common courtesy goes a long way....and it costs nothing....and only takes a few seconds out of my life to be nice.  If only more people would be more mindful.

  3. Helped on Yahoo by answering a question about a car problem

My brother forgot his sunglasses and I ran all the way to his car, almost, to give them to him

  4. i helped someone in yahoo! answers by answering his question regarding random depression..

and i hope it helped him [at least a bit]

    =pp

  5. today

someone felt off the bike i went  to help her stand.

  6. Yesterday I gave someone my bus ticket when I got off because it was still valid for another two hours and I don't know I just got this sudden inspiration to. LOL

  7. I replied to someone on here who had lost her brother to suicide.  She emailed me back and say she got peace from my answer.  It really hit me, emotionally and I'm pleased I have made a difference.

  8. It was on Tuesday.  I was stopped at a traffic light and there was a homeless man at the intersection holding a sign.  I gave him $20 and told him to have a nice day.

  9. it was about two weeks ago...like never before, i helped some beggars with money, and actually talked to one of them. it's true, i asked him whether he had seen something i lost, but the mas was very kind, and it was obvious that he was happy to speak with someone. that's what i remember...but every day you come across someone in need, and one small gesture may mean more of a help for that person than you can imagine.

i'm not sure if this thought came to you when you asked the question, but i found out on my own how being busier and busier, and concerned with everyday stuff, running from one place to another, makes us more un-human. we stop paying attention to those around us, whether they are friends, or people we don't know but who would need a smile. it's like we become so concerned with our well-being that nothing else matters...

  10. Yesterday!  <smug> ;o)    There was a guy trying to get a tool cabinet onto his flat bed trolley, the other half did the lifting while I held the trolly straight.  Feels good!

  11. A week or so ago I refrained from 'belting the c**p' out of an obnoxious, arrogant, bigheaded american, know it all . I am not american, I hope you are not all the same, because I dont know how many random acts of kindness I can come up with.
