Hmm..I don't think anyone's done anything for me today..ah well, it's not the end of the day yet :-D

In my job i spend all day performing random acts of kindness

Yesterday one of my work mates was such a star and so kind to me as we had had such a stressful day

it makes you feel so much better doesnt it :0)

i might give my seat to someone worthy when im going home tonight.

But only if they dont give me the evil eye first. Your not going to get my seat if you think you deserve it more then i do!

Yes any chance I get I'll perform random acts of kindness, and yes people have performed them on me, I believe in helping our fellow man along his journey through this life with all its twists and turns. Hope your receive acts of kindness always.

I shall probably open doors for people as is my usual way and see if anyone needs a hand with their bags on the train.

I try to do something, or lots of things for people everyday.  Sometimes it is something practical, sometimes, just a word of encouragement.

If someone asks me what they can do for me in return, I just say that they should find someone else to do a good turn to and pass it on ..........

A random act of kindness is just that random, if you plan it then it's not random.

However because I believe in the Golden rule random acts tend to happen all the time.
