Random bumps/spots on my legs?

Question

When I was getting changed I noticed that I had a few red spots on each leg. Probably about 6-10 spots on each leg.

They just look like spots but when I squeeze them nothing comes out.

I didn't have them this morning.

Is it anything serious? They are not itchy.

They are probably ingrown hairs... I get these too all the time... They are not serious at all! ...just annoying =) After you shave make sure you exfoliate =)

edit: even if you use hair removal cream, it's getting rid of the hair and it has to grow back... and can cause ingrown hairs... i used to never have a problem with ingrown hairs with my legs but all of a sudden i always get them. but i don't have time to exfoliate, so i get them.

also, it may be the chemicals from the hair removal cream! the chemicals are pretty harsh, i've used nair once and never again, it gave me a chemical burn on my skin even when i didn't even leave it on very long! but yeah. if you're confused of what it might be... maybe stop using the hair removal cream for a while...

I agree most likely they are just ingrown hairs.  I have a few on my leg that have been there a couple months i havent gotten them to go away yet they arent painful just annoying.
