Random growing pains all over?

about five hours ago i got this onset of pains in my wrists, elbows, knees, shins, ankles and feet and they just wont go away! they feel similar to the growing pains i used to have in my ankles when i was a little girl, but i havent gotten those for years. i take vitamins every day, and am fairly healthy in concerns to my diet and exercise. the only thing coming to mind on my im having these mains is that i was shopping all day, walking around outside and reaching and trying things on, but its not like i reached for more than like two things, so im really confused. help please?

  1. Your body is probably just worn out and tired. You may feel some aches in your muscles when you wake up in the morning. Try using Vicks Vapor Rub or Ben-g*y, both work great for aches.


  2. If you're having aches and pains all over your body you should not use Vick's or Ben g*y. It's not safe for large areas. You may have a mineral deficiency. There usually isn't enough calcium and especially magnesium in a multi-vitamin. Try a mineral supplement and see if that helps. If this continues you should see your doctor to rule out arthritis or something more serious.
