Random guy on the Hills?

I was watching older episodes of The Hills and theres this guy that pops up every now and then When Lauren goes out. He always wears a black beanie and has a big nose (kind of beak shape) he seems bald. Does anyone know who he is? In the episode in the first season he sits by Lauren at Jasons birthday dinner when Jason is up and walking around. He pops up everynow and then.

OMG i know.  it's a guy wearing a black doo-rag / beenie looking thing on his head.  I think he might be some sort of bodyguard or something, because he always seems to be hanging around when they are out, but never has any dialogue.
