Question:

Random hypothetical question about turtles

my fiance and i were chatting and came on the topics of turtles. i asked what a turtle without a shell would look like. his smart *** response was dead. yeah, i know they NEED the shell cause some of their bones are part of the shell, but i'm sure sometimes somewhere there was a mutated turtle that had to have been hatched without a shell.

does anyone know if there is a picture of a shell-less turtle?

  1. the shells are similar to fingernails, prolly couldn't get out of the egg with no shell,

  2. That would be like a human being born without ribs and most of its vertebrae. It ain't gonna happen. I'm with your fiance on this one.
