Random insect what is it????

ok these d**n things make so much noise during the DAY only.... it buzzes for 20 seconds than stop and repeats throughout the day.... I KNOW ITS AN INSECT...BUT DONT KNOW WHICH INSECT DO YOU??? if it helps im from Toronto, Canada so we dont those "crazy" insects but man.... this 1 is annoying... i think it hangs out in the trees....
