1.what do you think would happen if the blue ringed octopus' population increased?

2. if you had dibeties does that mean you have low levels of insulin? if so would your life change much/how?

  1. Don't know about the octopus but I know that we have an increase in the overall jellyfish population because we have been over fishing, same might be true for octopus- there is just not enough fish to eat them in which case they might have room to evolve on a really long scale of time?

    If one has diabetes yes, generally it means that there are low amounts of insulin which is why some carry insulin with them or wear an insulin patch. Life would change a lot. You can't have sweets, you can't get certain things done in nail salons (foot scrubs I think) as well as (dictionary explanation) -(resulting in) excessive amounts of glucose in the blood and urine, excessive thirst, weight loss, and in some cases progressive destruction of small blood vessels leading to such complications as infections and gangrene of the limbs or blindness.
