Random senses of excitement?

Question

Right now i dont know if this is some sort of side effect to depression,derelisation or drug abuse but it seems that I always get random feelings of excitment.

This can happen any time from opening an email to walking down the office to get a coffee.

I usualy get a bit jump,gigly and sometimes a little squeak comes out lol

It sounds crazy but i dont know whats cuasing these and wether i should be worried.

Im 18 also so maybe just part of my brain re-wiring going a bit mental?

lol a little squeak eh? i do that to lol. quite a bit more than a squeak though lol. i have bipolar disorder with psychotic features, or schizo-affective disorder. it is probably because of your drug abuse. abusing drugs mimic the symptoms of mental illness'

Haha, described perfectly. I do the same, I call it a "surge". I've tried looking for information on it, but the only thing I could find that relates to it is "mania" but with mania, the episode of giddyness is followed by depression, so I don't think that's it.
