Randy Orton RKO’s Dolph Ziggler on Monday night Raw SuperShow – Wrestling news
Dolph Ziggler, after his insulting defeat against CM Punk in Royal Rumble 2012, was counting on to invoke his rematch clause and get a bout against Punk --again for the second time--with the title on line, from his guardian interim general manager John Laurinaitis,
but Johnny ‘The Excitement’ had something else in his mind and eventually told the young aggressive Ziggler to take on the returning Viper Randy Orton.
On January 30, 2012, Monday Night Raw Supershow held its epic episode which took place just after last night’s 25th Royal Rumble pay-per-view. The controversy between Punk and Ziggler heightened before the Rumble because of a series of matches, bouts that
ended with different controversial results.
On Sunday night at Scottrade Center in the home town of Randy Orton, the bout took place and CM Punk came out victorious after executing a vicious yet beautiful GTS.
Johnny “The Excitement” did try his level best to cost Punk his title and the match but was unable to fulfil his devilish plans. When Monday Raw kicked off with a series of huge fireworks, Ziggler went straight into his caretaker interim GM in order to get
a rematch but faced denial and instead a deadly clash with the venomous Randy Orton was arranged.
The bout between Ziggler and Orton started and immediately became deadly with extreme rage clearly visible in Randy’s raging eyes. Ziggler tried and in fact strived hard to overcome the Viper but his every attempt went in vain even his sleeper holes weren’t
able to pull WWE’s apex predators on his knees.
Randy threw Ziggler everywhere in the ring he inverted Dolph’s each and every striking attempt over Vickie’s young charming boy and didn’t let Dolph grab him. Things were expected to favour Ziggler when he applied his scissor kick and bashed Randy’s face
on the ring floor but the viper who has returned WWE just to take on Wade Barrett and who has nothing on his evil mind accept revenge, painful ailing revenge broke the three count stood on his feet, threw Ziggler out of the squared ring, crashed him in the
safety barricade, and applied a brutal DDT with Ziggler’s legs in the rope.
As soon as the young former number one WWE championship contender stood, there awaited the viper with his breathtaking RKO. Randy applied his signature move, covered Ziggler, and won in front of Wade Barrett who was watching the whole brawl from the top
empty seats of the arena, silently and hatefully. Randy and Wade will take on each other on upcoming Friday night Smackdown.
