Randy Orton defeats Kane on Friday night SmackDown – WWE News
Yesterday, at Friday Night SmackDown, Randy Orton got his hands on the Big Red Monster in a No Disqualification match. It was the ultimate match for the Viper to avenge his humiliating defeat at WrestleMania 28. Kane defeated Orton at WrestleMania and this
time it was the Viper who regained his glory by pinning the Big Red Monster after an RKO.
The match was as brutal as one can expect. The Big Red Machine gave it all to Orton but surprisingly Orton did not give up. After a series of shocking chair-shots on the spine, the Viper was still able to beat the pin count. Just when Kane felt frustration
gushing in his blood stream, Orton went for the RKO and pinned him.
Orton, who had promised his fans previously to defeat Kane at WrestleMania 28, felt miserable when he could not. The rematch was ordered to settle the score between Orton and Kane, as many felt that there was much more still left in their rivalry despite
their WrestleMania match.
This time, it was Orton who ended the Big Red Monster’s wrath. While Kane thinks of himself as an inhumane warrior, Orton thinks he suffers from personality conflicts. Orton has promised his fans that he will reveal the Big Red Monster’s true identity to
the world. However, after WrestleMania, it seemed like the Viper has been living in a fantasy world whereas the Big Red Machine actually is the devil’s favourite demon. For now, the score between both of them is 1-1, and probably there will be other matches
as well to decide which one is the superior fighter.
Even though Orton defeated Kane this time, we still cannot say that he is the better one since this match as a No Disqualification match. In a normal one on one match, Kane has defeated Orton without using any weapons. Therefore, for now Kane seems to be
the leading one between the two. Orton still needs to prove his mettle by defeating the Big Red Monster in a single one on one match without any weapons involved to defeat him straight.
