I just went to Pro Wrestling News.com & he is reportedly in Germany, promoting a tour of the country that is coming up.  My system cannot access WWE.Com at this time because fo complications.  But, other sites I have checked have all confirmed the Germany trip, nothing about any accident.  He is not due to return for a few months, the pinpointed time is for Survivor Series.

He was just asking for some more time off, he really didn't injure anything, he is expecting a baby (or she is already born) and he doesn't or didn't want to be away for the birth and is going to spend some time at home with her before going back to the ring
