why does court take so long and if hes not coming back to the ufc why not strip him of the title .....and even after the courts over with will he still have to finish his contract?

Sore subject with me.  Randy is my favorite fighter, past and present.

Court- a bunch of lawyers milkin it for all its worth

his title- its his title and he has proved that.  now court must prove who he fights for.  and that will also answer your last question.

like the person above said its because court takes a long time and more then that its because Dana White wants Randy in the UFC to make a mega fight with Fedor if UFC ever gets him.  There is talk of him signing after his fight in July.  

Dana is doing this because it would be the biggest fight in UFC history and make them a ton of money

The UFC won't strip him of his title because they WANT him to continue fighting for him. Everybody knows the heavyweight division is shaky and Couture is one of the most well known fighters in the world. Since he division is weak they need all the big names they can get to keep fans watching the division. And for the last part that is why they are in court. To figure out an sort out his contract and whether or not he will continue to fight.

Court takes a long time because the longer it's dragged out, the more attorneys will make. Additionally, the longer he's not fighting the older he gets. BTW- do not be surprised if you see Randy fight Fedor at the end of the summer or in the fall.
