I have a range hood with a fan speed issue. The lights work, and the fan works, but only on the highest speed setting. If I turn the fan on, then slide the fan speed switch down to the lowest setting, it just clicks a few times as I slide it towards "full power," then finally kicks in at full power when it reaches the "full power" setting. Any idea what needs to be repaired? Thanks for any help you can provide.
