Swansea City defender, Angel Rangel, thinks that newcomer Pablo Hernandez will be an instant hit at the Liberty Stadium, and he will create all sorts of problems for the Premier League defenders.
The Welsh club claimed the signature of the Spaniard on the transfer deadline day for an estimated transfer fee of 5.55 million pounds – a Swansea record.
He made his EPL debut in his side’s 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa last Saturday, coming on as a substitute in the second half.
Earlier, the winger enjoyed a successful 4 year spell at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863, netting 24 goals in 154 appearances.
Even though the Swans ended up on the losing side in their previous game, the 27-year old impressed his manager during his brief cameo.
He showed plenty of promise with his remarkable dribbling ability and good eye for the ball.
After seeing the performance of his compatriot against the Villans and in the training, Rangel feels that he can go on and become an instant celebrity at the Liberty Stadium.
He believes that Hernandez can contribute towards his team in more than just one way, and backed him to make a good start in the EPL.
“Pablo has really made an effect in training already and when he came on against Villa he made an impact and tried everything to help the team,” he told the club’s official website.
“He is a tricky player who has the quality to score goals and get a lot of assists, and I think he will be an instant hit for us.”
The Swansea manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Scott-Sinclair-c32675. Earlier, the English footballer parted ways to join Manchester City.
Sinclair’s exit from Swansea was seen as a huge setback for the club by many, keeping in view his influential presence in the attacking front.
However, Rangel predicted that his void will be successfully filled by Hernandez, and tipped him to do extraordinary things for the team this season.
“He will be a real nightmare for full-backs because he can use both feet, he can really pick out a pass for the striker and his delivery is great,” he added.
