Ranger indoctrination Program

Question

So my question is : if you sign for an 11x ranger contract and go through BCT and airborne and if you happen to fail RIP, do you loose all the enlistment bonus money that you were going to receive or do you just loose the money that was added for choosing a ranger contract?

also if you do happen to loose money Do you get any of the enlistment money for going 11 series and airborne school or would you loose that as well if u fail?

You get a bonus for 11X not the Option 40.  But if you are going to go to RIP and try for BATT then stop thinking about failing and money.  The bonus should be the last thing on your mind.  I get new soldiers all the time fresh outa Basic and AIT and they joined for a bonus and/or college, not to serve or to be the best that they can be.  If you want this tab you need to get your mind right and decide that YOU ARE GOING TO BE THE BEST and then back it up.  PT your a*s off, study your tactics, and prepare you MIND for success.
