The Japan boss believes that the Nerazzurri’s frequent changes have led the club to a dismal phase; insists Massimo Moratti needs to stay patient.

The Italian veteran is currently in charge of the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Japan-c2928 national team, and intimately understands the Nerazzurri environment after a spell as the manager of the club during the 2003/04 season.
The former Juventus coach bemoaned the lack of stability at the Milan outfit after the departure of Jose Mourinho. He believes that it is almost impossible for a manager to turn around a club in such a short time.
While talking to Panorama, the Japan chief said:
“In two years the club have changed four Coaches and as many projects. You can’t manage such a situation.”
Zaccheroni, however, was all praise for the Club President, Massimo Moratti, and dismissed all allegations blaming the chief for the mess. He urged the chief to show more patience towards the coaches, and believes that he should
wait until the end of the season before making any decision.
“The President, however, is not the creator of this mess because he works with passion and he has a lot of experience. Now they will need to show some patience and take forward a project until the very end in order to see success.”

“Moratti has to resist the pressure and not take any drastic decisions. A project and a Coach can only be judged at the end of the season.” He added.
After their exit from the UEFA Champions League at the hands of Olympique Marseille, the Nerazzurri have revealed their intentions of making fundamental changes to the club in the summer.
The former Torino boss believes that the players have given their all despite the unfavourable results.
Inter are currently placed 7th in the Serie A standings, eight shy of the last Champions League spot.
