monta ellis and kevin martin are pretty similar, though monta got more speed than kevin but kevin is better at shooting.

roy is an combo guard that can set up plays, passes, as well as score.

rondo and stuckey are still developing, but i think they will turn into decent starting PGs their team due to their potential.

my ranking is:

1. roy - for leadership ability

2. monta & kevin martin

3. rondo & stuckey

Rajon Rondo would be one of the best PGs in the league if he would learn to shoot! As a life long UK fan I watched him close in college and with Boston, and he has some killer defense, can pass the ball and has excellent ball handling skills, but he cant freakin shoot. He can drive on anyone, and do layups all day. If this guy learns to shoot, watch out Steve Nash, and Chris Paul.... those guys will be the 2nd and 3rd best PGs

Brandon Roy-He is an all-star, great all around game for a SG, Good passer and he plays good defense.

Monta Ellis-He is one of the fastest players in the league. Great finisher. Really good scorer. Very athletic.

Kevin Martin-Really good outside shooter, good scorer.

Rajon Rondo-Very good defensive PG, pretty athletic, gets a number of assist on some nights. Decent shooter.

Rodney Stuckey- Good shooter, athletic, he has a bright future ahead of him.

4. Rodney Stuckey - He is basically a less athletic Dwayne Wade... He shows up in the playoffs and is capable of hitting the big shot...He has a bright future in Detroit

3. Monta Ellis- He is an amazing scorer . I think he will be somewhere along the lines of a leandro barbosa type player.

2. Brandon Roy - Even though he was an All-Star, I dont think he should be number 1... He's one of the best 2 guards in the leauge and he's under control, he sticks to what he's good at and plays good D and can rebound and pass the ball as well... He's gonna be very good but....

1. Rajon Rondo- Rondo has a ring already... and it isnt only because he happened to be on the celtics... Rondo played amazing D on kobe in the finals and was a killer when it came to stealing the ball... His playmaking skills went thru the roof all thru the playoffs and he was constantly dropping 10+ dimes a night... His only problem is his shooting, but he can take it to the rim very well... He's already among the top young point guards in the league and he can only get better
