First of all I have to ask why you still have Byrnes? He is hurt, and even when he was healthy he was hitting a whopping .216.  You have good power but im guessing your overall team average is not great because of Chris Young, Adam Dunn, Byrnes, and Upton.  Your pitching is iffy at best.  Oswalt is lookin like he might come back and pitch like he should, but Saito only has 8 saves, and Jair Jurrjens just doesn't work for me.  If I were you I would trade some offensive players you dont really need and get another quality starter or closer.   6/10 overall

Drop/trade Swisher and trade Kendrick for a pitcher of some sort. Good hitting, decent bench, bad pitching

who are you trading/dropping for those guys?

8 if 10 is the highest. Catcher and SS are ur weakest positions and the pitchers could be a little better.
