  1. From a scale of one to ten, ten being the best.

    Coles- 8

    Evans-7

    White-9.0

    Cotchery-6.5

    Burleson-8.5

    Moss-9

Overall I would give a rankung of an eight, I like your receivers because of there talent and potential. Although you need a great QB, as they say all great receivers have a good QB.  The guys I most like on that list are White, Coles, Moss, and Burleson. Cotchery is a pretty good WR. You have great depth at the WR position.

  2. 1. Santana Moss

    2. Roddy White

    3. Jerricho Cotchery

    4. Lee Evans

    5. Laveranues Coles

    6. Nate Burleson

  3. in this order:

    Roddy White

    Lee Evans

    Laveranues Coles

    Santana Moss

    Jerricho Cotchery

    Nate Burleson

  4. I think Coles and Moss are overrated.  The others especially Burleson are pretty good.

  5. Lavernanues Coles

    Jerricho Cotchery

    Lee Evans

    Santana Moss

    Nate Burleson

    Roddy White

  6. In that list, there are a couple guys I like, and a couple that I would stay away from.

The best player on the list is Roddy White - he should be a top fifteen guy this year (and he was last year for that matter) - and he does it with no one throwing to him.  Now that the Falcons have Matt Ryan, who despite being a rookie does have a cannon for an arm, Roddy White can use his vertical speed and possibly break into the top ten this year.  He's his team's best (and only good red zone) weapon now that Crumpler is gone (and Michael Turner is not a good receiving back).

I also like Coles and Cotchery - both guys are relatively consistent fantasy performers - however if you get one dont go with the other - you wouldn't want to stack up on too many Jets (Also pay attention to the Favre situation, the Jets name is getiing thrown around)

Santana Moss should also have a good year - he's a very able WR and the continuing emergence of Jason Campbell at QB will help.  Plus the Skins added some great rookies to draw some coverage in the slot and the word is that the new coaching staff is going to incorporate a more spread (3 WR sets) style of offense - could translate into some big numbers for Moss.

I don't like Lee Evans or Nate Burleson.  Evans is not as effective a fantasy weapon with the weak-armed Trent Edwards throwing the ball - Evans ability to go vertical and catch the deep ball is diminished if the ball isn't thrown out there.  I also think that Burleson is heavily overrated - catching TD's is kind of a fluky stat - he had a bunch last year but I don't think there's any guarantee that will continue.  His receptions and yards numbers are not impressive enough at all to convince me that last year was not a fluke.
