Ranting about houses?

ok,my daughter has just turned down a house in wester hailes area,she comes from a decent family and does not want to live in a place like that,full of neds junkies etc,so she was offered a 2nd house,after rejecting 1st one,iN WESTER HAILES!!!!!!why do the council housing dept assume that young females would choose to live in such a place,and what will happen if she rejects this house???she applied for only decent areas and they try and give her THIS!!anyone had similar problems thanks!

That's where the vacant houses are. She should check with the department to find out how many refusals she can make. She could always take this one then start looking for an exchange.

Why not go to work - get a decent job - buy her own house in the area she wants???? Why a council house .... teenage mum?
