Dude, just go to soundclick.com, click 'Music', go into 'License Songs and Beats', change the license type to 'Creative Commons', change the genre to 'Beats and Instrumentals'. Once you have one you'd like to hear, click on the small blue 'play' button just next to the producer's name. If you like it, click 'Full Song Info', and see if it's downloadable, and if not, pick one that is.
