girls, how do you move on with your life? how do you get the images out of your head..how do you stop imagining you see "him" everywhere...........

Hello sorry as it don't been there done that and well it is hard to get it out of your head i was raped when i was about 12 and well i still see it even though he is still in jail and well only thing i can do is i just hold my head high and everyone is like is it tough and i lie and say no it sure isn't he lost and i won and i hold my head high and well i just am not going to show fear cause if you show fear that is what he wanted for you to fear but i am stronger and i know i will make it thru it and also to see a counselor is great i see one and it helps alot

sorry again just try to hold your head high and let people know you are stronger then him as he is not putting fear in you

I was raped and I am living my life. You can't live in fear. I mean, someone could walk up to us and jab us with a knife and end our lives at any minute without warnging. You can't be afraid for ever. You just need to move on. It's a personal thing, but I was before my birthday and I am over it now. You just have to move on. Make yourself. No point in living with fear or the dark cloud over your head.
