Raped or No?

Well tonight I was hanging with like 5 of my close homeboys at one of their house. The other four left but I didnt feel like it and I was just gonna stay there and spend the night. Well the guuy started talking to me saying S**t like I look really pretty and im all like..."ok" i thought he got i wasnt interested and he ws like ok lez go n his room so he wouldnt p**s off his mom. Well we were in there doing nothing and he kissed me. Well I kissed him back too. He took his clothes off and I told him no i didnt wana do all that. He was like ok and walked away. I tryed to start another conversation with him but he just lashed out at me. Punching me and stuff and we were fighting for a long time and then out of no where he took his clohes off. I was like eww so I started to leave but he came after me. I didnt anna yell cuz that wud make hiz mom mad at him n get him in trouble. So I was just quite while he was all over me. Was It Molestation or rape or am I just trippin?

Its kinda mild rape but if you're not happy with it you should talk to him or another peroson you can trust maybe your family or a teacher

If he was hitting you and you were saying "no,"  then it was a classic case of rape.  You need to:

1) Avoid taking a shower/bath.

2) Tell an adult you trust that you need to go to the hospital.  If you can't get to an adult, call 911 and tell them that you have just been raped.

3) At the hospital a specially rained nurse will preform what's known as a rape kit.  This is an exam to gather evidence that a rape was committed. You don't need to press charges now but you do NEED to get this done.  Waiting more than 48 hours to preform a rape kit will mean that the majority of the evidence will be gone and if you chose to press charges in the future, it will be far more difficult.

4) You need to decide whether or not to press charges.  Keep in mind that if you don't press charges, he will be free to do this again.

Please tell 911 and go through with this to keep other women safe.

ya it was rape tell his mom let him get in trouble what he did was wrong so don't worry about getting him in trouble i was rapped before to

That sounds pretty scary. I'd suggest you leave the computer alone and go and talk to someone you care about. Maybe your mom? Or an older friend? The little ******* has certainly broken some assault laws. Talk to someone and see what needs to be done : ) I hope you feel okay later.
