Rapid share has something wrong?

1st of i dont have an account so i have onli downloaded 1 file and now it wont let me download anymore it said my IP address is already downloading a file when im not downloading anything can any1 help me and ive already deleted my cockies and history

  1. Your ISP may put you behind a proxy.

    try this:

    Shutdown the modem for 5 minutes.

    restart Windows

    Now go online & renew your IP address.(On your two computer icon on the clock, rt clikck & chosefix/repair)
