  1. U didn't mention your height, weight, or age or any health concerns (diabetes, etc).  I would make an appointment w/your doctor.  Facial swelling and puffy eyes could be from lack of sleep or an allergic reaction to something.  However, the rapid weight gain concerns me too.  If you ever experience rapid weight gain or weight loss, see your doc and they can help narrow down what's going on based on your symptoms.

If you're taking any meds (hormones, stuff for depression, etc.) you have to be carfeful b/c that can affect your weight diet, routine, etc.  I think the recommended work-out is only like 20-30 minutes a day, so you could be over-working your body too.

You could also possibly not be getting enough calories in your body.  I think the recommended amount is what, 2,000/day?  Instead of concentrating on calorie counting, eat several small HEALTHY meals/snacks (fruits and veggies) throughout the day (so you're satisfied and not stuffed so metabolism keeps up).  If you eat 2 or 3 big meals until you're full, you're going to feel bloated, gassy and unhappy.  So, you have too much excersie + not enough calories + lack of sleep = tired, puffy, miserable you.

Summary:  Check w/a doc or a nutitionist and they can help find the right plan for you.
