Rapidshare to megaupload?

I have a rapidshare link and a very slow internet connection(64kbps). I want my rapidshare file to be uploaded to megaupload without me download it and re-upload it. How can I do this?

  2. There are several reasons, without more info i can only give you what it could possibly be, not what it could actually be

  3. You can't, I'm afraid.  

  4. My megaupload premium gets me over 350kb/s and unlimited download per day!!

    But you can easily find RapidShare files on the internet, don't you?
