Rapier-fencing, are there any rapier shops that... ?

that sell and ship to the uk online? also! id like to know if there are any online shops that sell rapiers for 13-15-ish year olds or sell shorter bladed rapiers seeing as im 13 and my arm length is just 2ft long and most blades are 3ft, thats 1ft longer than my arm...

i can hardly swing a blade larger than my arm can i?...

anyway id like a 2ft - 2 1/2ft long blade and normal sized handle

im not entirely sure if this is per say... a martial art, so sorry if this is in the wrong catagory but there isnt a fencing catagory...
