  1. Hey Spencer, I'm a friend of Britt. My suggestion is to get a restraining order. This has happened to me before (although no child was involved), and typically the person who committed the crime can't have any contact with you. If he does, you can contact the police immediately. Also, don't worry about the people on the bus, they're stupid anyway.

  2. Generally, a convicted rapist is not permitted to have contact with the victim as a condition of his probation.  If he does, she can have him arrested and sent back. My suggestion is to contact the police dept. and talk to them.  Usually they have a victim's advocate who can explain things.

Also, did she go to court to have his parental rights stripped? This is often granted when a pregnancy results from the rape, but probably should have been done when he was incarcerated.

  3. Restraining order.

There is no way he will be able to get to see the child.

Contact a lawyer about the issue.

  4. ok.. you need to get a restraining order out on him.. It will stop him from coming anywhere near her and the baby and if he tries to he goes straight back to jail... Also make her phone number private ring your telephone company they can do that for you..

ive been stalked before so can help a little

    good luck

  5. Use the internet to find a local rape crisis center or a National hotline.  They will also be able to answer questions and get her help with counseling.  They can also act as an advocate for your girlfriend when it comes to dealing with the police and court systems.

  6. There's always a restraining order....or move.

  7. My condolences go out to her and all the other people affected by this evil bas**d.

She made a very brave decision by keeping her child and I commend her for that.

Sounds like she has a loving and supporting partner in you.

He will no doubt have stipulations to stay well away so even if by some chance he found you he would be breaching his parole/license conditions and there for be thrown back into prison.

Speak to the police for advice on personal alarms etc...

All the best for the future.

  8. fiance...at 14...okkkkkk. I think her parents should make the time to talk with police. She can also call the police...non-emergency and have them come to her house to talk. Also, most, if not all counties have offices with people who handle things like this. Battered womens centers, or victim/witness services.....edit....sorry I just read your profile, you are both 14, she was raped and has a 7 month old and now she is pregnant with triplets!!!!!!
