I would love for Dylan Moran to get it, he's the chap who did Black Books on Channel 4, was in A c**k and Bull Story with Steve Coogan and has a couple of stand-up DVDs out.

The reason I'd want him is that if the series is to stay fresh after a regeneration and not repeat itself the Doctor's personality should change also. They always suggest his personality changes but it never does by much, but Dylan could play it like the original William Hartnell - grumpy, but funny with it.

I would love to see Richard Coyle as the 11th Doctor when David Tennant does leave the show.  I think David Tennant is absolutely fantastic as the Doctor and I hope he stays in the role for a long time yet - but when he does decide to leave (*sob*) - I think Richard Coyle would make a brilliant 11th Doctor.

Or maybe, the guy who played the hot UNIT soldier from 'The Sontaran Stratagem' who was brainwashed by General Staal????

I don't know. Hopefully nobody. David Tennant is the best. But I wouldn't mind Jonas Armstrong, I guess.
