Rare Cards For yugioh?

Okay Whenever i go to the tournements i see these people who have amzing cards so rare and awsome well all the cards i have for trade have a definate fail in compairison. I only have 72 a little more holo cards for trade and only 10 of them are worth looking at and the only card anyone ever wants is DMoC.

So im just wondering how do these people get such rare cards

id love to get some of those cards and if your one of these people plese answer !
