Hey guys, i was at my local show, when i bought a lollie showbag containing a pack of duel masters card, i opened it and found a shiny' thorny mandra'

is this rare?

look at the bottom right side of the card there is a icon there. every card has a icon and this are some examples of what they mean conmmon,uncommon,rare,very rare and super rare.
