Rare eye case???????

Question

i know of a person, 70 years of age who had brown eyes with blue eyes and at age 70 her eyes changed to a very bright blue.... how is that possible?

Nope not rare most eye color does change with age (they usually become lighter). The pigment in the eye declines therefore making the eye color lighter. It can also be due to glaucoma which is common among the elderly.
