Rash, on upper arm. Read please. ?

Question

I have this rash on my upper arm - it has been there for at least 6 months. It does not itch, some of the bumps are raised, others are not. Some are red, others are skin colored. I have read about eczema, and I have chlorine reaction which causes eczema, so I know this isn't eczema- it doesn't even itch. I haven't found any information on what it could be. It never goes away. Could someone please list me a few things I could read about- that may be causing this?

without seeing a picture of the rash it would be hard to figure out.. but it could be something called Keratosis Pilaris... Just google keratosis pilaris, look at the pics and see if that is what it is... :) Hope i could help!
