Rash from bathing suit?

Question

My son who is 11 keeps getting a rash on his inner thighs everytime we go to the ocean swimming. He says it's from the bathing suit rubbing on his legs. It sticks to his legs and rubs causing the rash. It stops hurting once we get home and he showers and stuff. I've tried different bathing suits but he still gets it.

We live 10 minutes from the ocean and go to the beach a lot but it sucks for him because after swimming for like 30 miutes he is hurting. My other three boys never have this problem.

any ideas?

I Have the same probablem. Except Im not a boy... lol and Im not over weight. So I dont know what its is? But it hurts like no other! And dont put aloe cream on it it burns it even more!

i get it all the time it piseis me off im twelve and i get it after swiming from my bathing suit help me please

this happens to grandson all the time and he's grown now  use vaseline or bacitracion  before swimming and then if you can't shower right away dry off and put more on. This happens in the pool or ocean didn't matter. He tried bathing suits, gym shorts, board shorts still didn't matter

Have him change out of his swimming trunks right away? In the restroom.
