Rash on 2yr olds p***s??

Question

I changed his diaper first thing this morning and noticed that the tip of his p***s is swollen and red, he has diarrhea. His bum isn't red or rash like. Do you know what this could be? How should i go about treating it? Thanks.

could be the p**p touch his p***s and that could making that swollen keep cleaning as usual and keep it some time of the day without diaper.

Most likely its a yeast infection, try lotrimin antifungal cream.

after using everything under the sun to treat my sons severe ecsema [luckily my daughters isnt as bad]....one thing i found that wont sting or hurt them ,smells ok and is good for all kinds of wierd rashes ,cuts ,scratches ,etc...is a pawpaw ointment you can buy in the supermarket

and make sure you clean him thoroughly at each change if hes got diarrhea cos it can cause all kinds of infections if poo got on the p***s .....and make sure you try and keep where you change him very clean [quick wipe over mats ,tables ,wherever you use]
